Methodology and price-source policy
The calculator is designed for planning before requesting a quote, not to replace an installer quote. We do not have access to private installer pricing or a market-wide database.
1. Use public examples that can be re-checked
We review Saudi pages that publish a direct price or a clear price component for PPF, ceramic coating or window film. Sources are kept in the methodology only while the published pricing can still be re-verified.
2. Do not call one installer “the market average”
A published price from one business is not the market. We use multiple examples to establish a deliberately broad starting range and do not treat short promotions as a permanent average.
3. Keep adjustments understandable
The calculator adjusts PPF ranges for vehicle size and selected product/installation tier. Ceramic and tint are added as separate ranges. City is stored as context but does not currently change the number because we do not have enough comparable city-specific samples to justify false precision.
4. VAT and final prices
Public consumer pricing in the Saudi market is generally presented VAT-inclusive under ZATCA consumer-pricing guidance. Always confirm that a written installer quote includes VAT and any preparation or removal fees.
5. No paid recommendation
There is no paid installer ranking and no fee for presenting one film brand as “best”. Any future sponsorship or affiliate relationship would be disclosed clearly.
6. Prices age
Last manual pricing review: September 2026. Offers change, so the calculator is a planning range rather than a guaranteed quote.
